Cause fuse keep blowing
You need to know the fuse number, to look up in theowners manual ,what it controlsThen your job is done,your off to a repair shop,where they will look at wiring diagrams & answer your question
When i turn on the it is with running high rpms
you need to RUN the scanner /computer for easy diagnostic and fix it. Remember the electronic vehicle now is very complicated.You can have sensors+pcm+or bcm wron or faulty,etc see the diagram attached

Running high rpms
There are a lot of reasons this could be happening - vacuum leaks to bad hoses to issues with the throttle body (This connects to your intake manifold) to issues with the computer or faulty fuses.
