You have to use the special serpentine belt tool that is thin enough to get between the engine and the strut tower, and remove the coolant overflow reservoir.

Are you asking how to replace the serpentine belt?

if there is a cover which usually there is gently push tabs in with a flat screw driver, take bulb out, match at parts store

THE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE BRAKE SWITCH ON THE BRAKE PEDAL UNDER THE DASS IF NOT YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS REGULATEING BRAKE POWER AND YOU CAN CONNECT THE WARE PLEASE SOLDER CONNECTION AND PUT SHRINK WRAP AND YOU SHOULD BE OK AND NOT HAVE A CHANCE OF SHORTING GOOD LUCK

Actually, a new rear wiper module/motor is probably needed. The logic controller is on the motor so the entire motor has to be replaced. I believe the switch is on the center console and I think you will need to remove the outer trim to get at the switch. It may be a switch that just snaps in, so I would get a look at a new one before digging into the job.

I recently experienced the same issue. The problem was the pressurized fuel pump. Apparently this is a know issue with the Enclave. When I took my 2013 Enclave to a Buick dealer they replaced pressurized fuel pump ($450 labor and parts) without charging me.
