Audi 5cylinder firing order
Get your hands on a Chiltons/Haynes repair manual that covers your car make/model/year. All sorts of useful information, not to mention the firing order.
My 1993 audi 100s won't start, there is no spark.
Check the cam position sensor, on the back of the left valve bank on a V-6 . It's like a round disc, about 2.5 - 3" in diameter with a wire plugged into it. If it goes bad the car won't run, and it can go out suddenly.

Have 1990 audi 100,car won't turn over,have 12 volts,makes a click sound under back seat when I turn key
Sounds like a dead battery. Do the lights come on and radio work? Maybe the lights are dimmer than normal or the door is no longer dinging when opened. Also another way to tell when the battery is not getting any juice to the car. You may be able to get the car started using jumper cables. I would take it to a parts store immediately and have them check it (almost always free). One easy thing (which is free and a maintenance item) is to clean the battery terminals and cable terminals. These can get very corroded and actually cause the battery to stop charging when the car is running. They may just need a good cleaning and a jump. It might take care of it!Probably not the starter, but also an outside chance (full disclosure).Good luck!
