How can I install rod bearing caps?
You are presumably referring to the piston connecting rod big end bearing caps?
It would be helpful if your question was more specific especially regarding the problem you are having.
Generally, cleanliness is important, observing the pairing of each rod and cap (they are all slightly different) and fitting each cap the correct way around.
Fit the bearing shells to the rods and caps and having replaced the bolts or studs and nuts according to the repair manual, oil the bearing surfaces, fit the cap and tighten the fasteners to the correct torque.

My car has a timing chain, when I start my car in the morning its very noisy then it quite down a bit,
noisy on start up is hydraulic lifter problem as they are loose until the oil pressure builds up. the adjustment is taken up and the noise goes
it mat have some noise from the chain until the oil pressure builds up as it has a hydraulic chain tensioner
you list it as a 2016 model and the only suggestion I could make is to go up a grade in oil viscosity
AS it is new the oil is probably 15w where I would use a 20 w 40 oil
run your engine against other new engines and see if the engine noise is louder ( use a noise meter ) and make the dealer do something as nothing gets quieter as it wears out --just louder

2004 Santa Fe 2.4l. Why does it have intermittent rough idle, hard misfires, and lack of power especially when under load?
It isn't wise to get too preoccupied with fuel pressures - ok the pump needs to maintain the right pressure but it is also important the pump delivers sufficient volume of fuel that the pressure is maintained under full throttle conditions with enough reserve circulating back to the tank to keep the system cool and prevent vapour locks.
A healthy pump will fill a half gallon jug in a few seconds and that test is the essential other half of the fuel system test.
A reduced volume or pressure could indicate a dirty fuel tank...
The pressure test isn't complete until the peak pressure has also been tested and the pressure regulator vac on and vac off proved ok. The rail pressure should be maintained with the pump off and the supply closed - if it doesn't, it indicates a leaking regulator or a dribbling injector.
Once the fuel delivery has been passed ok, the fuel injectors should be removed and tested. An injector has a useful life on average of 70/80,000 miles, after which the spray patterns deteriorate - a poor spray pattern has larger droplets that burn much slower and behave like a lean mixture.
