The obvious issues would be lack of a spark and/or lack of fuel. Check for a spark by taking a plug out, connect it to the spark plug wire and have the outside (where threads are) touching metal. Have someone turn over the engine while you look and listen for a spark. If there is one, your fuel pump may have failed. You will need to look for fuel pressure, and it would be best to have a shop do this.

When you installed the radio you either provided an alternate path for the electrical power or ground which caused a complete circuit for the door light. Find a different source of electrical power or ground the radio in a different location.

The ac compressor relay is integrated to the IPDM (Integrated power distribution module). The IPDM is located inside the engine compartment left side. ?

Looks more like a powertrain control module communication problem. If wirings and voltage supplies to pcm is found okay and complete, then it's the pcm itself.
