look in lighter hole if there is no clips on the side. this is phone jack not a lighter jack.

the front ride height sensor double as the headlight level. the ride height uses the calculation between all four sensor. i had a similar issue, but it took a desent amount of time before the ride height started to be affected

If you are talking about the upper tailgate, one or both gas struts have lost pressure. They can the regassed but the cost of replacements is reasonable and a better option. To remove a strut, use a small flat blade screwdriver to prise up the lock tabs than just pull the strut off the pin. Also prise up the lock tabe when fitting the new one

It doesnt sound like your battery, it sounds like a fuel problem, possible water in tank or pump issue

run the fault codes to determine the code if it is recorded Fix the problem then use the reader to reset the CPU program as it may be just corrupted .
