Tengo una silverado 2005 me indica en el tablero potencia de motor reducida y no aselera y prende la luz de falla del motor que prodria ser eso alguien que me guie un poco

check that the engine stop solenoid is working and the fuse to it is not blown. check wiring for it. From you description it is like the key was turned off and that will be the only item relevant at this time

possibly cracked block or blown head gasket. Or you have to bleed the cooling system and check belt tension.

As there is no connection between the accelerator pedal and the fuel system then pumping the pedal will have no effect.. I would be checking and bleeding the fuel system from the filter to the pump and checking for a leak in the fuel supply system. Hard starting and running rough is an indication of air in the pump and in the lines to the injectors.

If you are looking at the motor. follow your supply lines that are on the drivers side up. they will go into a juction box under the wiring harness about half way up the intake. your sensor is just before the box. There are quite a few reasons the engine could overheat other then a failed cooling fan clutch. I wonder if the fan is always on because the engine is always running hot?
This condition may be caused by any of the following possibilities:
• Installation of an aftermarket grille.
• A plugged charge air cooler.
• Fan clutch not operating properly.
• Drive belt slip.
• An overfilled transmission.
• Turbocharger not operating properly.
• A plugged air filter
