If you take the battery out then you wont be able to unlock the doors. Check the trunk button to see if it has become stiff and won't pop back all the way when you push it. Call a GM dealer to see if you can get a new button pad or have to get a new complete fob.

That button got worn out. Check with whoever installed it to get another one.

Fit a less noisy tire. Most of the road noise is tire generated and there is a big difference in noise between tire brands and tire designs when run at the optimum tire pressures.

It is generally the case that the cheaper brands of tires will also be noisier than premium tires , especially as they incur wear. For example they may be fine for about 8- 10000 miles from new but then become progressively more noisy to the point that they become very annoying.

Do a bit of research on the net on tire brands and models within each brand (including reading tire reviews) and you will be able to select a tire that is less noisy than what you have fitted now.
Premium tire companies such as Bridgestone and Michelin for example have low noise tires in their range of products and both produce very good quality tires.

With tires, you generally pay for what you get. If you buy a cheap tire it will perform poorly compared with a premium product and will most probably be quite noisy as it begins to wear and the rubber gets harder over time.

You need a working key to start the process...start your Buick with the functional key...turn to off...wait less than 10 seconds then insert the new blank and it should program itself...a good GM parts rep can instruct you...contact them as needed...

Unless you requested that option when you purchased the vehicle or had it installed after purchase than there is not a factory block heater in your vehicle and this no cord to plug in.

If this is what I believe your problem is. I would check if wheel nuts are tight. You probably have an excessive end play at the tire rim.
If this is the case. It is urgent to have a look and fix it NOW.

Hope it helps.
