The vehicle
Its not easy, task. You will have to get the air bag connector and wires by-passed then check. If it get successfully bypassed, then you can repair other parts without replacing air bag.But if airbag connectors are not getting bypassed, then replacing is necessary. If all the light stays on, then there can be short in connections from dash or in the fuse box.The dash is getting power directly from battery, as any of the dash wire is getting in contact with battery terminal or metal parts. The fuses in fuse box and dash wiring connector needs to be checked.Replacing seat belt is not a hard job.You just require basic tools to remove the seal belt out from its hook and unbolt it and reconnect new replacement seal belt to its exact location.----- But first you will have to get the air bag connector by passed and see.If its still causing the problem, then this problem can also be related to fault in ECU/ECM.In that case the vehicles computer needs to be scanned and if checked out faulty. Then it needs to be replaced and re-programmed by dealer.---------- After replacing computer, reprogramming is necessary, other wise the new ECU/ECM will not detect electrical parts in the vehicle and cause major problems like no start.

Where do I find the engine number on a 2014 Rav4
In a 2014 Toyota RAV4, you can typically find the engine number stamped on the engine itself. Here's where you can commonly locate it:
- Engine Block: The engine number is often stamped or engraved on the engine block. You may need to look around the engine block, typically on the front or sides, near the cylinder head or the engine mount.
- Owner's Manual: Sometimes, the engine number is recorded in the vehicle's owner's manual or maintenance booklet. Check these documents to see if the engine number is listed.
- Vehicle Registration Documents: In some regions, the engine number may be recorded on the vehicle registration documents or title. Check these documents for the engine number if it has been previously documented.
- Under the Hood: Occasionally, manufacturers may place a sticker under the hood that contains information about the vehicle, including the engine number. Look around the engine compartment for any stickers or labels that may display the engine number.
If you're having trouble locating the engine number, consult the owner's manual or contact a Toyota dealership for assistance. They can provide guidance on where to find the engine number specific to your vehicle.

2013 LE. Why aren't headlights working?
Hello. It seems your Toyota's headlamp relays are defective/malfunctioning. Your Toyota has a relay/fuse for the left headlamp and one for the right headlamp. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.
