Left led brake light stays on if tail lites on
These taillights are LEDs, not bulbs. This appears to be a common problem with these cars. The simplest choice is to replace the taillight. Unfortunately, the unit costs over $400 from a dealer. You might be able to find a used one on eBay or a junkyard, but those are also expensive because they are in demand. If you're handy and adventurous, you might try disassembling the light. Inside you'll find a circuit board that distributes power to the LEDs. I believe the problem with many of these lights is a poor connection to the board. The clip on connector that attaches to the board doesn't seem to be tight.Good luck.

Mercury Milan 2010 has battery light and oil light on at the same time. What could that be?
Check your oil level and color. It should be in between two lines on the dipstick, and a gold color, or maybe even clear. If it's slightly brown that's okay, but if it's very dark or even a black color, you need to do an oil change. If it's low, add some more oil in until it's at a safe level (be careful not to overfill it). If your oil is fine, you might have a bad battery. Check the date on it, car batteries can last anywhere from 2-10 years depending on how well maintained the car is and how much the car is used. One thing to test for while checking out the battery is a bad alternator (which can also cause this). If the alternator is bad, consider replacing it. If the battery and the oil are both good, your computer might be bad and need to be replaced (this is probably going to be the most expensive thing to fix of all). Let's hope your computer isn't the issue though.

Wheres the fuel filter for a 2010 Mercury Milan
Should be part of fuel pump assembly. I looked at an online partsbook for your vehicle--2.5L engine--didn't show fuel filter. That usually means, the filter is part of fuel pump assemble.
Have you checked for applicable trouble codes? Your saying it stalls every couple of miles?

How do you remove a factory stereo
There are usually 4 square holes in the faceplate of the radio. These require either probes to release the spring clips or the tools sold at Walmart or autoparts stores.
It's kind of ironic. Some call these fixtures anti-theft devices but you can get the release tools for several dollars and anyone can buy them, including thieves.
You insert these tools or anything you want to do the job into the holes in the faceplate and carefully pull the radio towards you. Antenna and wiring will need to be unplugged.

How long a car battery will last?
There is no definite user period on batteries and that is why there is a warranty. Factors affecting the life of a battery are ambient temperature Cold weather affects batteries that are below good condition. Charge rate --over charging boils of batteries and buckles the plates--Low electrolyte levels affects the life as it causes sulfation of the plates. --vibration of the battery removes the lead paste from the cell plates and reduces the life of the battery (Diesel engine problems). High discharge rates over heats the battery cells and buckles plates causing internal shorts.---crap around the terminals and on the battery posts reduces the ability to pass current and so the battery appears flat /and /or will not charge. The brand of the battery and the price is no guarantee to quality and long life but proper battery care helps.

2011 Mercury Milan LED tail light out
Yes, I have a 2011 Milan as well and both sides of mine went out. One last year (2013) and the other side recently. My car is no longer under warranty and the dealer said they it would be $417 to repair. Ford needs to fix this issue because from what I have been reading it is a common problem and it is a safety issue!

The a/c on my 2010 Mercury Milan quits blowing after about 2 hours of driving. Any ideas?
Sounds to me like the A/C clutch is no good and out of adjustment. You should goto your nerrest junkyard and get a used assembly take the clutch off then you learn how it comes off and install it on yours the save the pump for later use if needed. The clutch should only have a .010 air gap after install between th inner elctro magnet and the clutch plate it's self.
