lets see is key charged,or starter relay or solenoid working

no ground, check your cables. also inspect fuses

do you have voltage at the bulb when the lights are on, sometime the connection needs cleaning

EITHER IN THE ENGINE BASEMENT OR UNDER DASH BY DRIVER SIDE, BUT! IF ONLY ONE LIGHT DOESNT TURN ON REPLACE THE BULB OR CHECK FOR CONNECTION PROBLEMS. ONCE YOU GET A BLOWN FUSE BOTH LIGHTS WONT TURN NOT JUST ONE GOOD LUCK

I've had the same problem with my truck. It's not unusual for one to have to re-prime the fuel pump. just turn the key on, let it sit for a second, and when you no longer hear the fuel pump priming fuel (sounds like a whining noise before you start the engine), crank it up.

intake manifold air control valve could be faulty or problem could be in the wiring or PCM.
