Thats probably going to be an expensive fix.Chances are the ring is in the vent ductwork somewhere between where you dropped it and the heater box under the dash.Since it is probably gold, a magnet won't touch it. So you'll probably have to get the heater box disassembled to retrieve it. They may have to take the dash out to get to the ductwork.

It means the system does not have any antenna signal. Check the antenna wiring.
