Hi Angela, look behind the headlamps and you will see a cog like wheel with a small bolt in the middle (below the headlamp harness). use a small ratchet or spanner to turn the whell left or right for up and down to lift or lower the headlamp.Place you vehicle facing something that is white and turning the bolt slowly you will note the headlamp moving up or down. Hope this is helpfull info as that is how i sorted mine out.

There are a few things that could be wrong, best thing to do is, wait until they check your vehicle and go from there. If you have a scan tool, posting the codes you find would help us to assist you.

How much do you know about automotive systems ? Do you know how to hook up a mechanical fuel pressure gauge ? Do you have access to a wiring diagram ? Test fuel pump electrical circuit . You should look at factory service info to see what criteria the computer needs to set this code , if you want to diagnose this yourself . There is a sensor on the fuel rail that the PCM monitors to know what the pressure is . You could pay for a subscription at all data an go to DTC'S section an follow diagnostic flow chart or maybe there could be a video on you tube for that DTC . But first you need to know what all is involved in the fuel system .With a sensor on the fuel rail there is more then likely a FPDM - fuel pump driver module - that is commanded on an off (PWM) pulse-width modulation control .
If you don't know any of this your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop . Sorry , but if you don't know any of this you shouldn't be messing with it .This video is on a ford but pretty much the same .

It could be something else but this is a 2011, There pretty much right on with the codes now a days. The pressure sensor for the manifold shouldn't be that hard or expensive to replace. Unfortunately is an electrical part, that's the biggest problem. Good Luck
