sounds like the brake rotors are out of round, check for rust and pitting on the face of the rotors, could be front or rear. If the steering wheel is shaking its most likely in the front, if you are feeling it in the seat rear. These trucks are famous for rear brake issues.

blend door accuator is staying open

Check fluid level. Idle truck until it's warm and then check the level. If the level checks out good, then check the transmission filter, at the same time while under the vehicle without it running have someone shift gears and see if it is moving. fuel pump fails or fuel filter is blocked and plz check also fuel pump relay

It's the gas cap sensor. Or you are getting a vaccuum leak somewhere.

1996 GMC 1500 Pickup.
Replaced Coil, Dist cap/Rotor, Ign Mod & pick-up.
All showed to be bad with OHM meter.

20A ECM-B fuse keeps blowing out and I'm afraid to burn these new parts up....

The "pattern" for ANY cylinder head is pretty much the same...start with the bolts in the center of the head and work your way out to both ends.Torquing the cylinder head on your 5.7L Vortec engine to manufacturer specifications requires the use of a "torque angle" gauge, as well as a traditional torque meter.The torque specifications are as follows:> Step 1: All bolts: 22 Ft Lbs (30 Nm.)> Step 2: Short bolts: Additional 55 degrees; Medium bolts: Additional 65 degrees; Long bolts: Additional 75 degrees

Hello! There are two door actuators that control driver/passenger A/C...The Passenger Door Actuator Is defective...It is a common failure on your vehicle...Replacing the Actuator yourself will save you about $400...The average cost at an auto parts store is $135...
