New fuel pump wont kick on
Get a wiring diagram & start your testing
Can not do anything, until you know the entire
fuel system & it's components, that make it work
Vibration
sounds like the brake rotors are out of round, check for rust and pitting on the face of the rotors, could be front or rear. If the steering wheel is shaking its most likely in the front, if you are feeling it in the seat rear. These trucks are famous for rear brake issues.
Windshield Wipers
I would guess that the connection between the wipers and battery has a problem. If it can't start in the down position, energy isn't getting to it. It might also be the type of wipers you have.

Will not go in reverse
Check fluid level. Idle truck until it's warm and then check the level. If the level checks out good, then check the transmission filter, at the same time while under the vehicle without it running have someone shift gears and see if it is moving. If all that checks out your transmission or torque convertor has failed I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

Can't find the torque head bolt pattern for a 1996 gmc sierra 5.7 vortex
The "pattern" for ANY cylinder head is pretty much the same...start with the bolts in the center of the head and work your way out to both ends.Torquing the cylinder head on your 5.7L Vortec engine to manufacturer specifications requires the use of a "torque angle" gauge, as well as a traditional torque meter. The torque specifications are as follows:> Step 1: All bolts: 22 Ft Lbs (30 Nm.)> Step 2: Short bolts: Additional 55 degrees; Medium bolts: Additional 65 degrees; Long bolts: Additional 75 degrees

Hello! There are two door actuators that control driver/passenger A/C...The Passenger Door Actuator Is defective...It is a common failure on your vehicle...Replacing the Actuator yourself will save you about $400...The average cost at an auto parts store is $135...
Here is a picture of the Actuator...If you intend on replacing it yourself, send a comment and I'll send the procedure...
