2008 Escape has a terrible reputation for ABS light and traction control light being. All due to broken ABS tone ring cracked and out of position flopping on frt bearing. Go to local AutoZone store and they will scan this to find which wheel has the broken tone ring. The replacement ring is cheap in the $7 range. It is labor that will sicken you as this ring must be pressed on after the front half shaft is removed. Not a driveway job if you are considering DYI.

Sorry but you can't disable anti-theft system . Don't even think dealer with factory scan tool can . Your best bet call a mobile lock smith . They can get Key's for around $70 you mite fine them cheaper on line . Amazon com ford pats key

Where is the dpfe sensor on 2008 Escape 2.3L?

Look to the exhaust manifold. A tube comes from it to the EGR valve.(close to the top). on that tube will two tubes coming off it, with rubber hoses. The hoses connect to the DPFE.
