Joas, the relays are under the hood, in a black plastic box sometimes labeled fuse/relay center. there also may be a fusible link in same area. check your manual.

Your vehicle as most vehicle now a day's have a safety system called shift interlock ,won't allow the gear selector to move from park unless the driver is pushing the brake pedal .
