Just remove the air filter housing and the inner right fender plastic pins enough to flex it out of the way...... then you can remove the six torx screws and remove the bulb cover........change the bulb. spray a little WD40 in the bulb socket first.

this is a evap code the first place to look is the seal on the gas cap then look for vac lines being split from the fuel tan k to the engine unless you get gas while its running
