Here's the crux of the problem, something is plugged up somewhere and is keeping your catalyst from performing properly. I suspect that the exhaust manifold may be leaking big time and because it is, the pressure flow to the cat isn't what it should be. It's possible that a piece has been blown out of the head gasket and your engine is performing poorly. In fact, I would suggest that you run this down as it seems the most likely cause. Because your car is hesitating and rattling when you are accelerating I suspect that the engine's pressure levels are all over the place due to the head gasket. If you have the tools available, you can check it out yourself, but given the complexity of the Amanti's engine, I would suggest leaving it to a trained technician.

Those codes are all misfire codes. you have misfires in cyl 3 and 6. the 300 means multiple cylinder misfire. Id first start by checking your coils plugs and wires.

You will need either a new/salvaged motor or switch for your seat. One way to troubleshoot is to apply a 12-volt current to the seat motor's power connections and see if the motor moves. If the motor moves (even sluggishly), then the most likely culprit is the switch.
