I have a 2003 Hyundai Sonata and the wipers and the wiper wash motors stay on continuously, they only stop when I remove the fuse and I can't seem to get the correct approach to solve this problem

03 Sonata starts high RPMs then drops....repeats the whole time I drive

If check engine light is on you have a fault code in the computer take vehicle to autozone or similar and have them scan it for the code it is free this will give you a idea what is wrong

Driver side door will not lock/unlock with the remote, but the other doors will.

no you needs a new lock actuator on that door its about $90 installed,
all the locks are on same circuit . sorry about the bad news :(

I have a 2003 Hyundai Sonata my alarm do not go off but when I went in the house for 5 min, now my car will not crank up nor start. I got a jump, checked all the fuse, everything and nothing works. P

The starter can go bad like that.

The 2003 Sonata is equipped with a 'starter KILL' burglar alarm system with disables the starting system (using a N/C 'contacts' configuration instead of a N/O contacts configuration). N/C=Normally closed, and N/O=Normally open contacts. When the alarm goes off with a MY Sonata, the only way to DISARM it is with the key fob (remote) originally programmed for it (unless you purchase a new remote & have it programmed for the vehicle at an authorized Hyundai Service Department). NOTE: So long as the keyless entry & burglar alarm system is functioning/operating normally, the alarm will keep going off and the STARTER KILL function will still prevent you from starting the vehicle. One option is left without purchasing a new remote and having it programmed.
1. When the alarm goes off, get into the vehicle and insert the ignition key into the ignition.
2. Turn the key to the 'RUN' position (NOT the ACC position) and wait for the alarm to STOP (usually about 3 to 5 minutes).
3. The engine should then start using the ignition key.

If this procedure doesn't work, the problem will need further diagnosis by a qualified/certified Hyundai Service Technician.

How to replace alternator on 03 2.7 liter sonata gls

I don't know re this specific car, but, standard practice for the job, I assume?

disconnect battery at battery, remove wires and plug sockets at alternator..undo mounting bolts. Main mounting bolt may be a very long one which needs to slide out?
refit reverse to remove.
Be sure all wires are reconnected and tightened appropriately b4 re-starting car..

Hyundai Sonata CD player is scratchy

are you referring to a scratching noise or zzzZZZzzz noise that sounds like it is spinning up/down in speed?
either case it may be the cd player has gone bad. have you tried other multiple cd's?
since you don't mention how the year it may well be mechanically wornout
