Remove bolts securing cover to cylinder head and remove rubber gasket. Clean gasket channel of any oil and install new gasket securely and reinstall cover

If you are referring to the Check Engine light, you need an OBD-II code reader to reset the light.

you call ford dealer ask, but you go on line type year of ford fusion diagram transmission mounts layout, you new true service manual and you can buy service manuals on cd or dvd that will give you all that info, also the cd or dvd will cove more than the ford fusion, the library may have it and if you ask the dealer for a copy of the mounts they may or may not give it to you . but you can go to any part store ask the counter person to help you even show you what to look for and my be able to give you copy of procedures install and removal of the transmission. thank you rod

Two entirely different things. Can be done but not cheap. requires different front differential.

timing belt change is recommended at 60.000miles or 100.000 klms Heavy operating conditions or high rpms , oil leaks will require a change earlier

You well need a scanner, but even then Ford has some issues on miss fire detection in some vehicles, the ECM may need flashed to correct this problem. If it works right it well point you to the right cylinder then you need to figure out if it's a plug, coil, boot over plug or some other problem.

There is what they call a blower motor resistor which located under the passenger side of the dash board. There are a few wires that run to it which need unplugged/disconnected and one screw. It will take you a few minutes to relplace but should take care of the issue.

The wrench is an indicator light that means the vehicle is in need of repair, which would explain the poor running of your car.

Cylinder two misfire. I would change the coil pack located over the #2 cylinder.

You first need to remove the interior door panel. and then you will have access to two nuts that bolt the handle to the car. Remove the nuts and the handle slides out. If you are not familier with interior work then you may be best to take it in to the shop.

Check Multi-Function Switch and/or Connection.

Replace the flasher under the dash next to the steering column. The four way flasher is separate and plugged into the fuse panel is why it still works.

Pull the door panel and check the ground is connected and tight. Clean the connection before panel is replaced and tighten the screw.

Its the shifter position sensor...formerly known as the neutral safety switch.
