These codes indicate the engine is running lean on both banks, check your fuel filter and if good you need to have your fuel pump tested under load, these codes are almost always the pump in my experience but note that if both front O2 sensors went bad at the same time or the intake manifold could have a major leak but the leak would have to have started on both sides at the same time. My hunch is if you change the pump and filter you should be alright, I have problems with aftermarket fuel pumps like carter and napa so I use Ford pumps. I hope this helps. Take care.

check the fuel pressure regulator, or the vacuum line going to it

What does the engine temp show? A bad sensor could be causing this. It could also be the body control module.

Turn the knob for head lights twist if not its the fuse or dash bulbs

A V6 engine only has 1 convertor, but can have 4 O2 sensors. 2 upstream and 2 downstream. Do a little further research on line with your engine size etc. and you will get all the info you need.

The time factor is merely coincidental. Have your engine checked to find which cylinder is misfiring and change the fuel injector on THAT cylinder. The last digit of the code is the one that needs attention. You've already changed the plugs and wires, so you know already they aren't the problem.

your actuator is located under the dash about center and you can accesses it if you remove the glove box and door, it will be just to the left as you look into that area that you just opened up. good luck, not a hard job but it does not have a lot of room to work in. you tube has some good videos for you to get you though this!

This is for instrument cluster. You see the three fuses at the top in diagram. One fuse is hot all the time, the other two go hot with key key on. Use a test light and check voltage at those fuses. The bottom two wires on the right in diagram are grounds check those also. I'm not sure I understood your entire post?
