Hello Mary,
You most likely need a new combination flasher. It's located in the relay box under the dash on the driver's side.
Autozone has them but their cost seems a little pricey for a flasher relay.
sounds like a brake pad warning clip is making contact with the rotor applying brakes presses pad and quiets the noise. have pad wear checked by mechanic.

Could be a fuel delivery issue (clogged fuel filter, clogged fuel pickup strainer in tank, bad fuel pump, bad fuel pressure regulator); or it could be contaminated fuel (especially if you have been using ethanol blend and the vehicle sat for more than a few days); or it could be an ignition issue (HAVE YOU DONE A TUNE-UP IN THE PAST FIVE YEARS OR 50,00 MILES?).
Hi Nathan:
"Shooting out" sounds like a high pressire leak.
I would suggest that you give it a really good clean, and then run it for a very short time, Like only a minute. Use a mirror and flashlight to try to lee if you can see fluid.
The only high pressure oil that I can thinik of that is near the water pump might be pthe power steering pump. Perhaps one of the hoses has been chafing and has a leak.
Keep us informed as to what you find.
If everything else is working it may be not fuse at all. Check the lighter's outlet with something else (e.g. phone charger). If that works the problem is in lighter itself.
ABS is automatic braking system. Check brake fluid, if full Thats not the problem. Take to Dealer or trusted brake shop. Brakes are an very important safety device. It's not a DIY thing to do.
