Can you blow out the drain line on a sunroof drain that is clogged

Yep. Often just compressed air will do the trick, but start with low pressure to avoid damaging a hose.

The oil cap is on so tight, I can not remove it to add oil. I tried pushing down on it, as I tried to turn, but it won't budge. Any suggestions?

Use a large pair of channel lock pliers to remove the cap. Once removed apply a bit of grease to the rubber oil ring on the cap before reinstalling

I have a Chrysler town and country with a power door lock that doesent work

So.... You can't expect the electric solenoid to actuate a mechanism that you can't physically actuate. Use a flat tool to remove the door trim and find the cause of the jam up. Dont use grease to lube mechanism or the dirt captured in the grease & oil will jam it up again.

My Chrysler 2005 Town and Country rear lift gate will not open with remote or key. Key turns, but doesn't seem to engage with anything.

On the inside door panel of the rear door you should find a plastic plug about 1" around. Remove the plug, inside you should see a post sticking up. Put the correct size socket on it and turn CW to open the lock manually. Its a good idea to spray WD40 in there and let it soak for 30 minutes to try loosen it up before you try turning it. as its not opening because the lock is rusted and probably seized.

Chrysler Town and Country. How to get in with flat battery and open the hood?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to category. There are two ways. Get under the engine and attach a car battery charger red lead to the heavy red wire on the starter, connect the black wire of the charger to any clean bare metal part. In 15 minutes, you will be able to open the doors. Or, call a locksmith out.
