If you have been using your plain key to unlock the door and start without a remote then likely your lost set is in the vehical and the remote battery has run low.

I believe the alarm is an unauthorized entry and not the immobilizer as it wouldn't start/run.

Try digging into seat crevices, underneath, or between seats and center console... likely the lost remote and transponder key are somewhere inside the car.

Take it in, you have a Brake Problem. Brakes changing no problem but when the warning system is telling you, take it in! Don't mess with brakes and don't put it off getting looked at. Think, If you do get in an accident you could be at fault if your brakes did not work properly...

Code p1005 means, the Manifold Tunning Valve Controll is out of the calibrated range. Remove and Clean the Idle Controll Valve it will fix the problem.

Can't say if it's dangerous, but the transmission needs service ASAP. More driving can and will cause damage to the transmission. Get it in for service.

Alarm usually monitors the battery voltage, taking something less than a minute to allow the battery voltage to settle and then latch on to it. After that happens any sudden drop in voltage such as caused when a door is opened or the ignition turned on will trigger the alarm when it is armed. The alarm should automatically disarm when the car is unlocked by key, card or remote. I can only guess the alarm isn't disarming as it should or you are jump starting while the alarm is armed.

More than likely it is the blower fan in the heater/ac box

Check the battery health, also check the door jams; One of the door lock actuators or sensors that tells the vehicle doors are closed and turns off the dome light might not be working properly, the doors are locked but the pin might still interpret a door is ajar or being opened. A slight vibration from another vehicle driving by along with a bad door lock actuator / sensor will trigger the alarm all while the doors are fully locked.
