No it is not adjustable

If you are trying to squirt water from the wiper jets and nothing happens, you need to replace the fuse. The fuse is located within the fuse box in the engine bay, open the lid and see which one needs to be replaces using the provided map on the cover. what model ?? normally its 1342 ,but if its the flat four old type engine then its 1234

epc is short for electronic pedal control, the throttle is controlled by an electric motor and has two angle sensors in the throttle body. the pedal it self has two sensors as well, sometimes after a battery replacement or replacement of certain parts (ecm throttle body pedal controls) the control modules need to be reset or "relearned" to one another. the dealer or independent shop with correct softwear can do this, if problem persists possible bad throttle body pedal sensors or ecm (engine control module)

If its a remote control, try new battery in it. If its a key lock and you have been using the remote for a long time, sometimes the lock seizes up. spray some lube into the barrel of the lock and try and work it around a few times to free the lock. When you get into the car, wind the window down so you can unlock and lock easier to assist in freeing up the lock.

Only two wires to any gauge.. One is a live feed and one is from the accessory. So. Ground one side of guage and it should move fully to one side. If not check live input. If ok find fuel tank sender and check colour of wire to gauge. Reconnect

easiest way to check for sure is , with ignition on but engine NOT RUNNING, put into reverse and with a ampmeter check the wires at the rear light cluster, should be easy to find as should be the wire directly behind the reverse light,

The first thing I thought is, you may have put the wrong bulb in and blew a fuse, it may not be in the main fusebox, look for other fuse boxes some cars have multiple.

The fuse panel on 2002 VW Beetle Turbo is located behind a plastic cover on the driver's side end panel of the dashboard, door open. The fuse no.# 1 - 10A (red colour) is for cigarrete lighter. See pictures below:

If you didn't mark position before replacing, it's a case of adjusting trial and error on adjustment or take it to a vw garage
