May be the relay, but the more likely is the blower speed resistor circuit board. Look for the removable board in the blower housing. The air flow over the board keeps it cool.

are the connections to your battery firm? it sounds like one may be lose - the clicking sounds you hear are from the starter solenoid and should only click once but if it does it again and your battery terminals are tight im thinking your solenoid on the starter motor may well be on the way out.. hope not for ya but... did you replace your engine speed sensor? If it keeps going you may need to see a reputable mechanic in your area to check it over... lancers are good cars but...

pull out your owners manual and look for reinitializing instructions. This isn't uncommon when batteries die or are replaced.

This code will most likely be caused by the crankshaft sensor or wiring. It is for the engine speed input circuit which gets its info from the crank sensor. I would suspect a faulty crank sensor

Sounds like yout heater fan motor is loose and rubbing against something

Spray contact cleaner on all of the controls just used for setting the clock and see if that does the trick.

I have a Lancer GT 2008, suddenly the AFS light on the dash board came on and a message "service required" appeared. took it to the to garages to check the problem on their diagnostic equipment and also took it to the dealer. all tried to reset the cars system, but immediately after resetting the system, the AFS light comes on again with the same message. Has anyone encounter a similar problem. Thanks

You might try a battery cable terminal removal tool sold at most auto parts stores. This looks like a mini gear puller that grabs the bottom of battery cable terminal and has a screw action stem that pushes against the battery post . Tool I think will be about ten bucks..

Wind the window down completely. You should be able to get a hooked wire down behind the glass to snag the lock mechanism. You could also call your auto club for assistance.

Pick one system inside that doesn't work and then track the wiring. If there is an applicable fuse, check fuse circuit for voltage. Use a testlight. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on. Check the wiring from positive battery feed.

Sanjay, the gear is slipping and needs to be checked by a good mechanic and fixed to avoid any danger.

try using a code reader to reset the CPU for starters and go from there . If it doesn't help use the code reader to check for faults.
