If it doesn't set a code and is entirely intermittent I wouldn't worry about it. a little water in the gas goes threw the engine and vaporizes ,passes the 02 sensor and will turn the light on. But will go off because it's not consistent. something goes outside the parameters set by the computer for a split second , light on and off. As long as the light goes off you are OK. When the light stays on , this is when you look at codes and remedy the problem.

I have a 2008 Hyundai Tucson that will not start
take it back to the dealer that they better get it right or your contacting Hyundai of North America and complaining about their incompetence. if you bought this car new is still under warrantee that is .. this is going to be the only real way of solving this type of problem since we are talking about the factory security system which all those factors you mentioned are all linked together. That car should still be under warrantee.. you know if they reprogrammed the same key you had (because all car makes of these kind of keys are know to lose their "programing") that key may be faulty. 10 years/ 100,000 miles

instructions
Things You'll Need:
Fuel-line disconnect tool
Rag
New gasket
New fuel pump
Flat head screwdriver
Ratchet and socket
The assistance of a friend (only when you are ready to remove the back seat)
Rubber hose plugs
Two adjustable wrenches
1
Locate the fuse panel under the hood of your vehicle, then open it and remove the fuel pump fuse with your hands.
2
Start your car and allow the fuel system to depressurize by allowing the car to idle until the engine dies.
3
Reinstall the fuse, then disconnect the battery with a ratchet and socket. Drain the gas from the gas tank with a siphoning kit.
4
Remove the back seat by unbolting the base with a ratchet and socket and lifting the seat out with your hands. The bolts are located on either side of the seat near the base. You will also need the assistance of another person to lift the seat out safely.
5
Remove the wiring harness by gently pulling it from the connector, and detach the rubber grommet with a flat head screwdriver. Unbolt the fuel tank cover with a ratchet and socket, remove it with your hands, pull the wires through the grommet, detach the fuel line hoses with a fuel-line disconnect tool, and lift the hoses out. Cap the hoses with rubber hose plugs.
6
Reach directly into the gas tank, then remove the fuel filter using two adjustable wrenches, placing one on either side of the fuel filter. You will recognize the fuel filter by its filtering paper cartridges.
7
Install the new filter, then follow the previous steps in reverse to complete the installation. Refill your gas take when finished
How change fuel filter for hyundai tucson 2008;
The filter is not serviceable. There is no filter, per se, it's a screen sock at the bottom of the fuel pump inside the fuel tank - no replacement required in its lifetime.... unless contamination occurred, then you'd want to replace the entire assembly/pump, not just the screen sock.
