chances are when the oil was changed they didn`t reset the oil change light.
Hummer stalling while driving
Big engine needs a good strong drive belt. Belts stretch after time and just need replacing. I would start there first. Next if you notice any sputtering when it's about to stall then it may be a bad or clogged fuel filter.
Security System Failure After battery and fuel pump replaced
Reset the system, turn the key on then off then on and let it set for 10 minutes with the key on repeat and after 3 tries you will need the dealer to reset it or find out what is wrong. In the future whenever a battery is replaced alwayas have a back voltage source avail to keep the computers memories alive.

Give this page a good read. Then you can look for the 0128-says the coolant temperature is too low, likely from a stuck open thermostat, but a few other possibilities like degraded or low coolant. From the home page above, click on "trouble codes" , scroll down to the code (there are hundreds), then click on that code and a page like the one above for 0017 will appear. Awesome site.
Security light stays on
The security, antitheft or lock picture/icon is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, the car misinterprets this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. The car thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle.
