You can try tightening the sensor but you'll likely need to replace it and the seal. Do the work soon, if the flow of oil leaking increases and the oil pressure gets too low you could find yourself needing a new engine.

The fan doesn't always come on, chances are your car is an efficient dynamics vehicle, fan will operate when necessary. I often find it will come on after I have switched vehicle off , if i've given it a hard time.

Get to the dealership, isn't it under warranty? The standard for oil consumption before it is considered a problem is 1Qt. per 1,000 mi. (or it used to be) but I wouldn't expect a car that new to use much if any but certainly no more than 1qt. per 5,000 miles, unless you already have 100,000+ miles on it. I threw those figures out because you didn't say how far you are going between changes or how much it takes to top it up. BTW, I hope you mean the oil low (amber add oil) light not the red out of oil/stop the car light. If it's red you'd better look for a huge leak and start with the filter and drain plug if you are going to quik change places.
