Usually pretty easy apart from the fact you are doing it under the vehicle. From ones I have done. Undo the hydraulic pipe, undo the bolts on the slave cylinder and remove it. If it has a fuel filter it's either in the fuel line under the car between the pump and engine or it could be connected to the pump itself. I had a 2003 and the filter was internal to the pump. Could be the case with yours too.
