I am sure you meant PCV (it is loop vent system with 3 or 4 parts 2.5L L4 ELECTRIC/GAS 3.0L V6 2.5L L4 one of those? seen on rockauto. the 1st too pcv just snap on to the cover. and 1 hose. the v6 has 1 electric PCV, oddly yes. and screws on. the service manual covers , where and how both for each engine, covered. I'm too lazy to read all 3 engines online, so stop.

The V8 4.6 liter takes 6 quarts with oil filter change.So you'll need to buy 7.

below it or above. what is the job , what is wrong or what is reason to ask this pull the tank, the service manual covers by job. pull tank pull pump etc. Tank quote: "On 1989-92 models the exhaust pipe and exhaust shields must be removed from the car first, refer to Engine section for proper removal and installation procedures" so now we know it is an exhaust shield. most are simple nut/ bolts some are spot welded. or using rivets just look and see what is there., if one does not come off,remove the whole section of EXH pipe. a car this old may have had 3 exhaust systems there in 30 year. that is all I can do blind. no photo posted of it.

look under the hood in fuse box. and check fuses first not relays. and here is no relay. btw so the starter motor is dead no GRRRREGRRRRR sounds/? jumper cable starts dead too? or not. no there is no relay does it crank in Neutral?

GENERIC INFO: You need to deal with the 2 hoses that lead to the heater core. From COLD. Start the car with the heater turned to max, now go and feel those heater hoses as the car warms up. Heat should pass through one side and then shortly thereafter come through the other side. They don't get hot at the same time if working properly since water enters the heater core and exits to the cooling system. If they both get hot at the same time it's the heat from the engine slowly going into them indicating that the coolant isn't moving through the heater core. If that's the case you'll need to flush the heater core or replace it unless you have another HVAC control that needs to be tested such as a heater control valve that would restrict the flow. I usually add a flush kit adapter to both hoses and flush the heater core by itself just to make sure it's flowing properly.

well the battery was dead. , the starter is dead and fails to crank then engine. (turns over has no meaning,some say cranks other claims runs means turns over ) but I get it the starter motor is dead then jumped cabled after 10min the dead battery is now just tad charged up but you removed the JUMP and the engine stalled I guess.. lights use only 10 amps of current , but the starter need 30 times more current and fails. 300amp to 500 amp hr battery is bad or lugs rusty or loose. or the alternator is bad . the cluster lamp , has charge/ battery lamp if this glows after the successful jump. the alternator is bad. (or belt to it failing/slipping) keep in mind an alternator switches off line if any battery gross fault is detected (shorted battery cells or open) batteries with shorted cell explode (acid rupture max) batteries open cell (10v battery )the voltage can go so high over 19v that electronics blows up, $1000 or more, damage so the regulator takes the alternator off line , until corrected. saving everyone and every thing from those horrors above. what I do is fully test the battery first, charged and load tested. or take to a autostore or shop and test it. the battery they love to fail 5 to 7 years old. that is there THING , short lived. same with belts, tires, hoses ,pads tests are easy get the battery load tested or charge the battery fully using a real battery charger 15amps, best. and test the alternator, after good battery works and starter works and engine runs battery voltage running is 13v to 15vdc, if not the ALT is bad or its 3 fuses blown.(up to) key off battery voltage fully rested battery say 1hour, is 12.6vdc,not 10. also a weak battery can wake up, as they rest and the acid mix inside the cells gets uniform it can gain capacity. this is common. just key off ,lamps off, and battery can self improve. if start is dead , learn to crank not just in park but try NEUTRAL. bam it crank,s.

There isn't a switched fuse. You need to run a dedicated circuit to the amp for power and use either the amp wire or power antenna wire from the head unit to the amp for remote on.
