Disconnect the seat heater and use a meter to check if there's any continuity on the heater or if it's an open circuit. If open, then heater is bad.

remove inside door panel, remove molding around window, make sure window is about halfway up, then you should be able to pull the window out

Should be in front of driver side rear tire. There may be a splash guard that you need to remove to get at filter. Make sure no pressure on fuel system before you take any lines loose. Some fluid may come out of discounted fuel line, so be prepared. Loosing your gas cap may or may not help? Sometimes I plug the fuel line with something till I go back with new filter, then remove plug. I don't know if safely raising and supporting the vehicle, with tire removed will help? I'd have to look at it. There are safety issues anytime you work under a vehicle, safety is your responsibility.

Hard to say but very bad either way. It is going to take some serious investigation and corrective action either way. Biggest issue will likely be where to stop - If you dig in and find a bad wrist pin, do you replace that and button it all up and hope for the best or keep looking and replacing stuff? There is also a temperature fuse just under the ash tray. If you have allowed the temp to rise above a certain level, it will melt and stop the lighter from working regardless of whether you replace the electric fuse. You can replace it with solder wirde, but use copper at your peril as it is a fire safety mechanism.

Tony, take the new belt off and start over. You've not set the valve timing properly. Get the #1 piston up to top dead center on compression stroke first. Now remove the belt and get the crankshaft in proper position, THEN put the belt back on NOT moving the crank or cam pully when applying the tensioner. Before you put the covers and other stuff back on and in your way of sight, turn the engine over 360 degrees and see if the marks come back to proper position. Should be good now. Put the accessories back on and done.

If u have repaired coolant problem and light well not reset. Problem is not fixxed then. Look for something minor like cap on not holding correct pressure overflow tank has a sensor inside that may be bad.

you might want to try to check the fuse box locate the fuse for the specific light and check that is not burned. you might also want to check the actual light bolt to see if the light bolt is not burned out.
