Diagram for changing spark plugs on ve sv6 ute

Step 1 To access all six spark plugs, we need to loosen the intake manifold. This will require removal of attached components.
  • Unclip and remove the black insulating material
  • Disconnect the three PCV tubes. Push the tab across and pull outwards
Step 2 Unclip the purge solenoid from the intake manifold. It slides off towards the firewall. Step 3 Unclip the throttle body loom and disconnect the intake pipe. Also unbolt the support bracket as circled. Step 4 Remove the five long bolts located on top of the intake manifold. The bolt closest to the front is shorter than the rest. Keep this in mind when reinstalling. Step 5 Next, remove the final bolt securing the manifold to the engine. You will need to unscrew this bolt entirely, however you will not be able to remove it from the manifold due to a lack of clearance. (This picture has been borrowed from an LFX engine. The bolt however is identical) Step 6 Raise the intake manifold and place an object underneath it to support it. This will provide enough clearance to access all the spark plugs. Step 7 Unclip all looms from the ignition coils. Simply push the grey tab downwards, then press on the connector and disconnect. Step 8 Unbolt the ignition coils and remove from the engine. Step 9 Using a spark plug socket and breaker bar, gently remove the spark plugs from the engine. Step 10 Install the new spark plugs by applying a light coating of anti-size and gently thread them into position by hand. Be very careful not to cross thread the plugs. Tighten with a torque wrench to 20nm.

VZ rear electric window removal

Hi Mark Inner door panel please note I am doing this from memory. (1) remove insert inner door grab handle from base( flat edge) and remove screw inside. (2) remove small triangular trim at door mirror if fitted held in by white plastic trim clip. On removal turn gently to door window as it may be hooked around window channel. Is there a screw in the door panel behind there? remove if there is. (3) remove lug and screw in door handle catch. (4) remove row of screws along base of door and side of speaker. (5) remove push down button for lock, top of door trim small rectangular plastic clip lever out with small flat head screw driver. (6) remove also the button guide screw and guide. (7) There may be a screw below that triangular trim? number(2) (8) Have a general look around but I thing that's all the screws. (9) Hand under base of panel and side (lock side) and gently reef of panel from door now other side. (10) lift panel upward as it is hooked over top of door and remove slowly incase there is any wiring or cables attached. (11) remove weather membrane carefully this has to be refitted if damaged you could end up with water leak into the car. (12) Either tape up window or have a second person to hold it. (13) there is two access holes in door panel to remove a 10mm bolt from window to regulator either side, use 1/4 drive socket. (14) remove 3 bolts around motor and disconnect wiring to motor. there may be two bolts and a hook? there is then a bolt top and bottom of the regulator guide and out on the cable, remove all. (15) the regulator comes come's out of the large hole at the bottom of the door panel. Refitting is the reverse of the above. Good luck I hope this helps.
