If the oil appears to be coming out between the block and cylinder head, the suspect problem is a head gasket that isn't sealing properly. If you changed this out already and it's still doing it, the block AND/OR head itself may need to be shaved to correct a slight warp or bow which is keeping the gasket from doing it's job right. A quality machine shop can correct the head/block, and a good mechanic will know how to check to see if the block and cylinder head planes are in tolerance.
If the oil appears to be escaping from between the head and valve cover, you can try removing the gasket there, cleaning the valve cover AND the head around the edges with a degreaser and again with some towelettes with alcohol (after its been degreased), then applying a thin coat of RTV sealant to each side of the gasket before installing it and equally tightening the screws down. These gaskets are a little more forgiving (thicker) than the head gasket because the casting of the valve covers are not as tight, but a bad seal is a bad seal. Just be sure that when using RTV to seal a gasket, both surfaces its going to come in contact with is absolutely free of oil deposits or dirt so it can grip and do it's job. Allow the gasket to cure/dry according the directions on the product and do not put it on and start the car up right away or it'll just spread oil again and the seal will generally fail quickly.
there are no timing marks for camshafts you need a fiat tool to lock the cams rear of engine but if you mark the cam sprockets carefully before you dismantle you should be ok if not borrow the fiat tools the crankshaft marks are on the front pulley end about @aprox.10oclock position
Over heating may be caused by a faulty thermostat, a blocked radiator, a collapsed radiator hose - or cylinder head problems.
The same symptoms can also be caused by a faulty sensor - particularly a faulty oxygen sensor. All the sensors work together- fuel-air .. and a lean (weak) mixture can cause overheating. It sounds as though your car is struggling to get the air/fuel/timing mixtures correct.
Rather than change parts in the hope that you can cure the problem, ask somebody to do a diagnostic check on the engine to identify any error codes.

Im afraid you do need a special set of tools for this engine - they lock the engine and time it up accurately, you cant do without Im afraid. The tool kits come with full instructions so once you have obtained one, you will be able to time it no problem.
Before changing anything do some test. first check for spark by removing a plug wire and grounding it out on engine block as you have some one turn it over DO NOT TOUCH THE WIRE OR ENGINE WHILE DOING THIS A LOT OF VOLTAGE..WEAR GLOVES . spark should be very blue in color orange color is bad spark, no spark is a bad coil. make sure it is getting gas fuel pump could be bad.
It sounds as if the belt is dry. Belts dry out after a certain amount of time and then start to make chirping noises. If the belt is not badly cracked, you can try using a belt lubricant spray. These sprays usually only last for a short period of time, though.
check for vacuum line from intake assembly to brake booster. Check for cracks/ leaking. also check that the valve fitted in this line is not leaking. it definately is a vacuum problem
There is no such timing diagram in particular is provided except the R&D or the manufacturer, but the marking on the engine is mandatory, and its being well marked for the technicians on the assembly floor and service work shops, Service man has more brains than R&D fellow coz understanding other persons doings more efforts or you can say following some body's car is more difficult than..........
