If your talking about coolant temp sensor, it should be close to thermostat housing, in picture. If I read picture correctly? If your talking about any sensor for hvac, that would be different. I haven't looked at that.

Check your volts of the battery. Should read around 12.8 or higher. While running it should read about 14.5 Sound like you have something in the fuse panel draining the battery. Your best bet is watching YouTube to properly check the battery and all the fuses with a multimeter.

I know your trying to find power for your ignition or from your ignition What are you trying to do ?

The key switch may be drilled out but the ignition switch may not be ingageing the power it needs for the electrical system ,replace the key cylinder .

under the hood in the power distribution center, which is a black box looking thing where the cover comes off and then two screws will needed removed to replace that fuse.

Hi on the drivers side of the dashboard where the door shuts onto it has a gap that you can put your fingers into to pull the pannal off,on the back of the plastic pannal that you pull off has a diagram of the fuses. all the best.

code p 1494 refers to EVAP system leak detected p1495 is EVAP solenoid /valve fault when searching for fault codes go to the browser page and type in --- fault code ( what ever code you get -- there are plenty of pages describing the fault and how to fix one entry for each code

You obviously got water in an electrical connector. Disconnect each one and blow it out with compressed air. This is why you should NEVER power wash an engine.
