you have to remove 8 screws on the back of the panel. The entire back where the lights are is one piece attached to the trunk lid, so you will be working over head. Remove the eights screws and pull the whole piece off. easy to do but takes a few. All back lights are accessable from there. If you need new bulbs or anything click here: Aliexpress Homepage and you can find anything for cheapest prices.
I hope this helped

Barbra I would sooner think it's the fuel pump relay going bad. It should be in a black box under the hood, on my GM vehicles it is located on the drivers side over the fender well. When nyou take the lid off their positions should be marked under the lid.

Go to autozone.com and go to 'repair info' after typing in your year make and model of vehicle. They have repair guides available and how to guides for repairing domestic and foreign vehicles.

Good luck on finding information on heater repair.

First you will need 1/4 inch socket set, Philip screw driver, and a plastic panel remove tool. Pry off panels around your instrument cluster .
Remove four screws holding your cluster in place , pull forward and disconnect and remove. Replace all bulbs , verify repair then enjoy your day. Good luck
