Can i get a wiring diagram for a 2004 polaris sportsman 500 H.O. i get no powere anywhere.

Page 85 of the Owner Manual for Fuses. It also says it has a circuit breaker, but doesn't say where?

It is a known issue. You likely need a new switch, they burn the contacts with prolonged use.

There is a fuse link at the Positive battery terminal wire. It will blow to protect the circuits if the battery is hooked up backwards.
It is a smaller gauge section in the wire that melts to save systems. any auto parts store has one

I'm attaching a picture that has 2 wiring diagrams side by side. The left side is the 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500 (Early) wiring diagram and the right side is the 2000 Polaris Sportsman 500 (Late). The Late wiring diagram for 2000 is more than likely either the same or extremely close to the 2001. And they may have just carried it over (the late wiring diagram). I've got a lot of hours on ATV's and Polaris especially - they stuck with what worked and didn't reinvent the wheel from one year to the next (usually). This may not be exact - but it should be extremely close. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Everything is either new or works there are no bubles in the coolant when its running I am running out of opptions . If I unplug the thermal fan switch and plug a jumper wire in the fan will run.
