Have a 2000 polaris Magnum 4x4 radiator / cooling fan located in the front of the atv is not working

Check fuses and wiring connections also the fan could have burnt out

The starter is on top of the motor under the air box and it comes off very easy.

There is no drain plug for the coolant, you need to remove the lower radiator hose at the radiator to drain the coolant. Make sure you purge the air out of the system after the change.
