I have a 2006 rhino and the gauge just lights up and that is all. I bought a new gauge and it does the same thing can anyone help?

Check your start button for sticking if it is still running. If not, pull the starter and try it while out of the rhino and see if it works correctly. Make sure your bolts are torqued correctly.

It takes fuel, spark and compression to run. Check compression to verify within spec..

It needs to be calibrated, you can't do that at home.

Gary, Faulty fuel pump sending unit. Most of the forums I checked say this a big problem with Polaris, most say the pump and sending unit have to be bought as a assembly.

sounds like the decompressor has broken

You will need to buy a aftermarket cdi box,,for that atv,,,,look on ebay be sure you get the right thing

Worn or broken piston rings or warn valve guides. A compression test will let you know which one.

Look into drive system. out put shaft, U joints, tranfer case, differntrals.
