I have a 2010 Arctic Cat 550 H1 EFI and it stalls sometimes but always restarts. The fuel pump and regulator were both replaced with no effect. You can be running along and it just dies.

https://www.google.com/search?q=2010+Arctic+Cat+550+H1+EFI+stalls+sometimes

Based on the information provided, there could be several possible reasons for your Arctic Cat 550 H1 EFI to stall. Here are a few potential causes to consider:
  1. Clogged Fuel Filter: A clogged fuel filter can cause a lack of fuel flow to the engine, leading to stalling. Even though the fuel pump and regulator were replaced, it's possible that the fuel filter may still be clogged or dirty. Consider replacing the fuel filter as a troubleshooting step.
  2. Faulty Ignition System: If the ignition system is faulty, it can cause the engine to stall. This could be due to a number of reasons, such as a failing ignition coil or spark plug. You may want to have the ignition system checked by a mechanic.
  3. Air Intake Issues: Problems with the air intake can also cause stalling. A clogged air filter, for example, can restrict airflow to the engine and cause stalling. Make sure to check the air filter and clean or replace it if necessary.
  4. Electrical Issues: Electrical problems, such as a faulty sensor or loose connection, can also cause stalling. You may want to have the electrical system checked by a mechanic.
  5. Fuel Injectors: The fuel injectors may not be working properly, which can cause stalling. Have a mechanic check the fuel injectors to ensure they are functioning correctly.

Based on the information you have provided, there are a few possible causes for the issues with your 2011 Arctic Cat 550 EFI. Here are some suggestions for troubleshooting:

Check the fuel injectors: If the fuel injectors are clogged or dirty, it can cause issues with starting and idling. You may need to clean or replace the fuel injectors.

Check the fuel pressure regulator: If the fuel pressure regulator is not functioning properly, it can cause issues with fuel delivery to the engine. You may need to replace the fuel pressure regulator.

Check the air intake and filter: If the air intake or filter is dirty or clogged, it can cause issues with fuel delivery and combustion. You may need to clean or replace the air filter.

Check the throttle body: If the throttle body is dirty or clogged, it can cause issues with fuel delivery and combustion. You may need to clean the throttle body.

Check the ignition system: If the ignition system is faulty, it can cause issues with starting and idling. You may need to replace the spark plugs or coil.

Check the battery: If the battery is weak or not providing sufficient power, it can cause issues with starting and idling. You may need to replace the battery.

Why do I keep having to replace the fuel pump?

Check your fuel filter! Fuel not being filtered properly is the main cause of fuel pump failure.

Getting spark but not getting fuel to motor

Check fuel filter. It maybe clogged. If still no fuel then check for fuel pump relay and or fuses. If still no fuel then replace fuel pump. And at same time replace fuel filter

My Sportsman runs bad when heated up, but if you add fuel....

You could have a loose hose fitting or even a crack/split in hose. It sounds like it will be near top of tank. You might want to check make sure you put o-ring onto fuel line going into housing as well. I earnestly believe you will resolve problem by eliminating the above mentioned.
