Check your ground wire connections, if you are sure the bulb the is good. Ground wire connections often corrode or loosen from vibration over time.

Why no headlights or panel lights, except in reverse?

If no bad fuses or relays, it has to be a plug or bad wire. take all plugs apart and reconnect.

My head light won't work put New bulb in it what can it be

Find someone with an electric meter, and start with the headlight switch.
Take that apart, and see if there is any electricity getting to the switch.
If there is, then check and see if there is electricity flowing to the headlight from the wire connection on the headlight switch.
If there is, take a jumper wire to the headlight from the headlight switch, to test the wire in the harness.
Be sure, also that the ground wire from the headlight to the ground is good, as a bad ground wire will not allow the light to work.
God bless your efforts.

DOT A 500 HONDA ATV HEAD LIGHTS WENT OUT CHECK THE FUSEES NONE IS BLOWED WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

Hi:
Check the electrical circuit for broken wires or non-functioning parts. Light switch working? Light bulbs OK? If there is electricity and the bulbs are OK, they will work. Time and tester and you'll solve it!
