My 1990 yamaha warrior 350 will crank over but not start. I can push start it just fine, after its warmed up it will start on its own, just not when its cold, any thoughts?

Most likely the coolant temperature sensor for the vehicle computer. Secondly, could be the tps sensor "throttle position sensor" not registering correctly or perhaps lots of other things but most likely the coolant temp sensor.

Possible weak spark from ignition coil or low fuel pressure due to weak pump. Try spraying carb clean into intake throttle body when problem is present. If vehicle will start and run with a little spray then fuel pump is failing.

Well the only thing i can think of is when your fuel is below half a tank the pressure relief valve and a rubber hose between the pump and the fuel line is exposed. Its possible your fuel is leaking back into the gas tank as it sits overnight, ect. You may want to perform a fuel pressure check when the the gas is at 1/4 tank and been sitting for awhile, pressure should hit 55 seconds after key is turned to run position.
