Wont start with the battery or the pull start
If I try and pull start it and it just makes noises tried to jump start it and dose nothing what could it be I bought a new battery but no way of checking if it's charged or not

well is really easy all you do is take the seat off and thenn take the left side panel off...be careful if you have it running the exaust is hott but once the panel is off there is a little nob by the exaust it just turns hope this helps!!!!

I would start by making sure your battery is fully charged then with the battery connected, use a multi meter to measure the amps going to the battery while you have someone hold the throttle steady at different rpms. then you can check the capacitor charge coil resistance I think its the black/red to brown/white 120 ohms black/red to ground infinity and white to ground zero ohms.
