check oil level, there is low oil sensor in case, when stopped all oil runs back down into case this alows it to start then it starts pumping the oil throughout and results in low oil shutting down engine (safety sensor) your probly down a liter or so

check your gas tank screw on cap......if there is a breather hose coming out of the cap....make sure the hose is not kinked thus causing a vapor lock in the tank

Verify all cables are tight and not grounding out due to broken casing. Check the relay to the starter, it could be failing. Check that the starter is in good working order by passing current directly through it while its removed from the bike. Put a voltometer on the battery and check that its at full capacity ( volts and amps ) Make sure you have a secure ground to the starter and the battery. Check the start button for continuity. take off the horn unit power it direct if it works its ok, if not replace, next step wire a small bulb into the horn wires and press the button if it lights the switch is ok, if you have a circuit tester put one end on the battery ground and check for power in the horn wires if their is power there put the lead on battery positive and press the horn button if there is no power their the switch or wiring is faulty

It seems that the clutch is not disengaging may need a adjustment unless it is hydro drive then I am stumped.

It sounds like the battery is worn out. It is lacking Amps and Volts. Or the battery contacts are dirty or corroded causing a bad contact.
