We have a zanussi oven model no. xkc5540x serial no. 913 o2945 we have never used the timer just switch & set temp. now whilst the light comes on ,on the( main oven,) we do not get any heat.

I have a built in double zanussi oven product no. 944171452-01 whenever I use the top oven grill it trips the fuse. Does the element need replacing, and how much would it cost.

Our zanussi single oven keeps changing the heat setting. For example, I set it to 180 and after time and without warning it reverts back to the default 150 temperature.

to remove the glass door open the door and you will see two round locks each side of the door with slots just turn the slots with a screw driver and life up the door and pull when putting back push the door back in the 2 slots let it rest in and just pull a little to make sure it in and release the two round locks
