Sir you posted a ASUS M68MT-S2P, there is no such model, the image above is a Gigabyte M68MT-S2P. all you have to do is plug your system speaker and follow the polarity.
The system reports system startup status by issuing a beep code. One single short beep will be heard if no problem is detected at system startup. If a problem is detected, the BIOS may issue beeps in different patterns to indicate the problem.

You might have to uninstall the printer restart your computer then reinstall your printer click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to ports(COM&LPT) + to expand you should see a communication port and Ecp printer port you might see a yellow?question mark this will mean you need to install a new driver for this device right click you will have options to update driver,disable,uninstall or select properties again you will have the similiar options also you can troubleshoot the device hope this helps

did you try and look at the manual for the motherboard?

This case has the normal wires: power, reset, audio, and USB plus the power wires for the custom lights, just that they have a different type of connectors. So actually one of the pair of the ones labeled power is for the reset button - there is a special place for them also. The other wires are indeed the USB and you must remove them from the connector before inserting in the board.
To identify which is which just use an ohmmeter and check the continuity - remove the front of the case for easier access.

At a guess, you'll have to take one side off then look inside, behind the front panel, look for sprung plastic lugs at the bottom, middle and top of the case.

The front may be hooked in one side so there will only be clips for the other.

All of the pins locations and settings should be available on the motherboard manual. The pins should usually be located at the very bottom. ALL of the pin's settings will be labeled underneath the pins, but often hard to see, that's why I recommend reading the manual. All of the switches and LED pins will be different on different motherboards. The USB, if you have ones that are all separate connectors, goes like this: [+5V/VCC/Power] [D+] [D-] [GND]. USB and audio will always be the same.

You need a separate cable, called a USB header. It plugs to the connector in the case and onto your motherboard. A lot harder to find that you would think too, my top ports still are not hooked up after several years.
