Sub keeps on sounding like a heartbeat and a blue
It sounds to me like your amplifier is getting caught in a loop-- the heartbeat is the subwoofer catching a surge of power from the amplifier. Make sure all of your connections are solid. If they are, try using the amplifier in another vehicle that is already set up for an amplifier. If it does not work, you may need to spring for a new amplifier.
My port plug (for the
plug pushed out due to any kind of air pressure this is not possible. But yes in some rare cases it has noticed that plug gets thrown out due to high voltage issues. In the unit there is a fuse and the power supply. If the fuse is weak or if the unit is receiving less power then required then due to internal circuit overheat the connections will get cut and due to this port plug gets pushed out.But this is seen in very rare cases.Just get the units fuse and voltages checked out to confirm the fault.A local electronic tech will be helpful to check the connections.

With the vehicle running and condition is duplicated, open your hood and verify it is a radiator fan running. Radiator fans can appear to run continuously if the air conditioning is on. Otherwise the fan should cycle on and off keeping your engine in a specified operating temperature range. You didn't say if the vehicle was overheating or not so I assume it isn't and more than likely your A/C is on and your fan is running normaly. If you are running your hvac system in defrost mode your A/C compressor will run to dry the air in the vehicle and your fan will run.
If none of the obove applies then you could have an issue with a coolant temp. sensor circuit and you should take your vehicle in for service.
How do you take out the subwoofer part?
the speaker should be fixed by screws/bolts, in the front, when assembled someone would have had to fix unit together so think how they built it and work backwards , some speakers are bolted from the rear so look for acces points to get to that the port may twist to release
