First you have to hook up the tv to the internet either using WiFi or an ethernet cable from your modem or router. Not all tvs are WiFi ready, so you may need a cable. Follow the directions in your manual to complete internet setup. Using your smart tv remote control, navigate to apps. You can choose Hulu, Netflix, or many other services for watching shows and movies. You must sign up for their services using your email address and sometimes pay for them with Paypal or a credit card. There may be some apps on your smart tv that are free and do not require signup. Using your remote, navigate around and try different apps and services and see what you can find. The apps with the best content usually require that you sign up, but a smart tv will have some built in "free" stuff to watch.

You need a system scanner hooked up when this occurs and to check for any fault codes that have been recorded in the electronic control modules memory.

If you need to get sound from your TV, you should have a sound input socket in your TV. If you have that you can connect an audio cable from your sound sound socket to your TV. The second option is that your laptop and your TV should have HDMI ports. If its there, you can use an HDMI cable(instead of VGA cable)to connect the two. With HDMI cable, you will get both video and audio through that single cable. If you need more help please let me know

Bcc is blind carbon copy this allows you to send an email and include someone you don't want everyone else in the email to know has been included. Like a supervisor etc..
cc is carbon copy this is to just inform someone of something not necessarily to get a reply from them. I.e. I email you about work that I need to make sure gets completed. I cc my supervisor so they know to expect that work from you.
I may bcc my supervisor in this as well if you have not followed through with work in the past.
