Sushi cases is one of the most simplest refrigerators. 9 of 10 problems I see is freon leak (most of the times very slow). Here is video I made how I found 2 leaks and fixed them. I hope that helps.

since you did not supply the entire model number, don't know if this is a cooler or a freezer. if a freezer, -10 is good. if a cooler, not good. could be multiple reasons for low pressure if a cooler. you should also consider the high side pressure too as this can also help indicate a short charge. more info is needed to continue.

In generic terms, it is either the temperature controller or the sensor that reads the temp and sends that to the controller. Something is no telling the compressor to turn off.

this could be a bad temp sensor or lack of proper air flow. Make sure the evap fan runs when it's supposed to be running. Also make sure the evap is not freezing up. all these items can cause what you are describing.
