Toshiba E - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

My suggestion would be to hook it up to an external monitor and see what happens during the boot, if you get a screen showing up there then your screen is damaged, if not then you may have other problems, for instance if the power cable was in at the time, then the power connector is easily broken. When dropping a laptop, many problems can be created, including damaged hard drive to name one. You need a repair centre that has the correct diagnostic tools to find the problem. Keeping in mind the fix may not be worth the cost as these are so cheap these days.

To get a new rechargeable battery for your e330, go here:

https://www.google.com/search?q=Toshiba+Pocket+PC+e330+battery&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1

Also, is there a CMOS battery in that thing? If so, that might be your problem. Good luck.

You did not say what wireless you are using. The e755 is the PDA and it is having trouble with the connection to the wireless lan. There have been a lot of updates to the wireless devices because of security issues. IT could be that the PDA can not talk to the wireless because the wireless is updated. You may have to reset the PDA and have it discover the wireless connection all over again.
